Terms of service

These terms cover your use of NaijaCards, a service that makes celebration cards with AI. By signing in you agree to them.
Your account
You sign in with a link sent to your email. Keep that email account secure — anyone who can open it can sign in as you. You must be at least 18, or have a parent or guardian's permission.
Plans and payment
- New accounts can make one free preview card. It's watermarked and can't be downloaded until you subscribe; subscribing unlocks it without using one of your plan's cards.
- Personal and Business are monthly subscriptions, charged to your card through Paystack at the price shown on the plans page when you subscribe. They renew automatically each month until you cancel.
- Each month your card and free-redo allowance is reset to your plan's amount. Unused cards and redos do not roll over.
- If a renewal payment fails, we'll give you time to update your card before your plan ends. Paystack emails you a link to do that.
- Switching plans starts the new plan straight away and stops the old subscription, and your allowance is set to the new plan's amount.
Cancelling and refunds
You can cancel any time from your account page. Cancelling stops future charges; it does not refund the current month. Cards you've already made stay yours.
If a card fails to generate, the card credit is returned automatically. If you were charged in error or twice, email support@naijacardz.com within 30 days and we'll refund the duplicate charge.
AI-made cards
Cards are drawn by an AI image model. Results vary, and the model sometimes misspells names or words. Check every card before you share it. Your plan includes free redos each month for exactly this. After they're used, a redo uses a card credit. A card that came out badly is not refundable.
What you can't make
Don't use NaijaCards for cards that are sexual, hateful, harassing, violent, or political campaign material, that name real public figures, or that break the law or someone else's rights. We check what you type and may refuse a card. We may suspend accounts that keep trying.
Your cards
You may use, print and share the cards you make, including for your business. You're responsible for the names and messages you put on them. We store your cards so you can see them in your gallery.
The service
We work to keep NaijaCards running but can't promise it will always be available or error-free. To the extent the law allows, our liability to you is limited to what you paid us in the three months before the claim. We may update these terms; if the change is significant we'll tell you in the app or by email.
